Waterford Top Chef – Savory Cooking & Kitchen Fundamentals
In Waterford Top Chef, students explore the art of making savory meals, learning the basics of food preparation, knife safety, and cooking techniques. From kid-favorite recipes like sloppy joes and quesadillas to hearty comfort foods, this class introduces fundamental kitchen skills in a fun and engaging way. Students gain confidence in following recipes, measuring ingredients, and experimenting with flavors while developing an appreciation for home-cooked meals.
Waterford Whiskers – Baking Basics & Sweet Creations
Waterford Whiskers focuses on the fundamentals of baking, teaching students how to measure accurately, mix ingredients properly, and understand the science behind baking. From cookies and cupcakes to breads and pastries, students learn essential techniques while exploring different textures and flavors. This program encourages patience, precision, and creativity, helping young bakers gain skills they can use for a lifetime.
Both programs provide a fun, interactive way for students to build culinary confidence, develop independence, and discover the joy of cooking and baking.
