Marc Balestracci Appointed Chief of Police

Last night, at the Board of Police Commissioners Meeting, Lieutenant Marc Balestracci, was unanimously appointed Police Chief, for the Waterford Police Department.  There will be a formal pinning ceremony in the near future.  Please join me in congratulating Chief Balestracci and his family on his promotion!
