Coordinated Access Network (CAN)
The Coordinated Access Network (CAN) is a regional initiative designed to streamline access to housing and support services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. In Waterford, CAN services are facilitated through a partnership with local and statewide agencies, providing a centralized system to assess needs and connect residents with vital housing resources, shelters, and support programs.
