Teen Stress Relief

6:30 - 7:30 pm

Teens, are you feeling stressed by the back to school rush?  Learn how to relieve your stress by creating a meditation jar along with participating in guided meditation.  Katie Ziskind, an Experiential Family Therapist, will lead the workshop and discuss tips to help you relax! 

Open to Teens in Grades 6-12.  

Registration required beginning on Tuesday, September 4th.
