Proposed Jordan Village Mixed Use Zone

The Planning and Zoning Commission is drafting a new mixed use zone district for Jordan Village. The new district would allow for a mix of commercial and residential uses and would focus on design requirements to preserve and enhance the historic character of Jordan Village. A zone change would include new zoning district regulations, a new zone district boundary and a set of design guidelines. The design guidelines would be used to promote site and building designs that preserve and enhance the Village landscape.
