The Waterford Planning and Zoning Commission is reviewing proposed changes to the Waterford Subdivision Regulations and sections of the Waterford Zoning Regulations.  A public hearing to present and hear comments concerning these changes will be held during the Commission’s regular meeting at 6:30 on Monday, July 24th at the Waterford Town Hall. Effective October 17, 2016:   Mago Point Zoning Regulations and Design Guidelines

The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to adopt the Mago Point District and Design Guidelines at its regular meeting on September 26, 2016. This decision was the result of over a year of cooperative efforts between the community, staff and consultants from Planimetrics and BETA Group. The new rules will go into effect on October 17, 2016. 

Building Department General Office Hours

In an effort to best serve our customers, the Building Department will hold general office hours from 8am-12pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A Building Official will be in the office during those times to answer questions about building permits on a first-come, first served basis.  As always, appointments during business hours from 8am-4pm are available on request.
