Get a Library Card

To obtain a Waterford Public Library card, you must:

  • Be a Waterford or Quaker Hill resident or tax-payer.
  • Be able to show proof of residency (street address) and have a photo ID. A driver's license is the preferred form of identification.
  • Children aged 4-12 must have a parent/guardian fill in their name below as the responsible adult.

NOTE: Non-residents may use the Waterford Public Library according to the BorrowIT statewide reciprocal borrowing program. Non-residents regardless of their age must bring with them a valid and up-to-date library card from the public library serving the town in which they reside.
