Join us Monday night July 30th at 6:30 p.m. How does listening to music impact your mood? Do you seek out specific kinds of music to help de-stress or to get energized? This talk will provide an introduction to the neuroscience behind the benefits of listening to music and participating in music. We will explore why different kinds of music seem to have different effects, for different people. Audience members will be invited to share a piece of music they find to be relaxing.
