The primary components of Town government in Waterford are the 3-member Board of Selectmen, 22-member Representative Town Meeting (RTM), and the 6-member Board of Finance. The Board of Selectmen is the executive branch of town government, while the RTM serves as the legislature. The Board of Finance oversees and directs the town budget process.
