Registrars’ are available most mornings at Town Hall, Monday through Friday.
In their absence, contact the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall (860) 444-5831.  Voter registration forms are available in the Registrars' Office, Town Clerk's Office, Waterford Public Library and at various social service agencies.

Absentee Ballots
Absentee ballot requests are available from the Town Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Absentee ballots will be available Friday October 4, 2013.

Mail-In Registration- Must be postmarked by October 22, 2013

 Registration Requirements
An elector shall be a United States citizen, shall have attained the age of 18 years, and shall be a bona fide resident of the town. Any citizen who has attained the age of 17 years may register to vote. * 17 year olds who become 18 by the November Election are eligible to vote in a Primary*
